Can I change the frequency?
Yes, from your account: every 1, 2, 3 or 6 months. Changes start at the next billing date, with no immediate charge.
How do I stop?
Request cancellation from your account. It takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops later renewals.
Can I change tubes or flavours?
Renewals keep your subscription composition. To change products or flavours on an existing subscription, contact us before the next renewal.
When does the first pack ship?
Timing depends on your chosen tubes. Check the lead times in the builder: a subscription does not bring a waiting product into stock earlier.
