- Place one mint. Put one mint on your tongue. One is the place to start.
- Let it dissolve. Let it dissolve completely. Do not chew it. It takes about 60 seconds.
- Use it shortly before. Take one shortly before an intimate moment, and let it finish dissolving.
- A second mint is a separate turn. Follow the directions on the packaging. If you use the other tin, dissolve the first mint fully first. Do not chew them together.
