How to return an order

Email support@slopymints.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product. In those cases we cover the return and send a replacement or refund.

Refund timeline

Once we receive the goods (or proof of shipment), we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Original outbound shipping is refunded except extra-cost upgrades you chose.

Hygiene exception

Unsealed intimate, cosmetic, or food-grade products cannot be resold. If you open the seal, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. Defective or mis-shipped items are still covered.

Lost packages

If tracking shows a package as lost, contact us. We open a carrier investigation and replace or refund the order once the loss is confirmed. We do not automatically replace every delayed shipment.
